A new CX journey & digital redesign for Patcraft.com.
We were tasked with refreshing Patcraft.com to give it an updated customer forward / designer centered approach. We delivered a modular design system that would allow for new pages to be quickly created while still maintaining a bespoke feel when a user is looking to design their unique interior space.
On this project I evaluated the existing analytics with my strategy team, co-crafted the CX flow, crafted the UX design, co-led usability tissue sessions, led the experience design and art direction, and provided guidance on further digital branding and ADA responsibility.
