Over the 9 years that my team worked with Zaxby’s, their .com received 2 rebrands and countless revisions and updates to the core CX and UX, design and brand strategies. The latest rework for .com included a new cloud-based server, robust CRM system and 3rd party delivery integration. Built in React.

My team crafted bespoke interactive CX creative to help detail the latest user / guest journeys to new and existing franchisees. We also worked closely with their internal brand team to establish a cohesive look and feel while giving these new digital elements their own look and feel.

On this project I evaluated the existing analytics with my strategy team, co-crafted the CX flow, led the UX design, co-led usability tissue sessions, led the experience design and art direction, and provided guidance on further digital branding and ADA responsibility.
