The launch of AT&T DigitalLife’s experience & product design.

We crafted a complete connected home service product for AT&T. With the ability to monitor your home, your connected devices and create specific zones of control, DigitalLife was ahead of most of its competitors at launch. Beginning with CX and UX, we moved into multiple design iterations before A/B testing.
Expanding on the AT&T brand design aesthetic we were able to craft a distinctive product design system. Once our core design tenets were established our team expanded into hardware design, point of sale, DOOH, events, print, and various awareness campaigns.
On this project I collaborated on the initial pitch with our team, co-crafted the CX journey with our UX team, co-produced the experience design, provided art direction for this new product, and collaborated to create various digital and physical extensions of the DigitalLife product.
