We were tasked with crafting a new mobile ordering experience for Zaxby’s that would more closely match their new branding, create a more streamlined ordering experience, introduce the idea of item re-ordering to their guests, and increase awareness and adoption around their rewards program.
On this project I evaluated the existing analytics with my strategy team, built the initial prototype, co-crafted the CX flow, led the UX design, co-led usability tissue sessions, lead the experience design and art direction, and provided guidance on further digital branding and ADA responsibility.
